What is the procedure after I have sent an enquiry?
A call will be scheduled with you within 2 business days after your enquiry to help understand your business & its requirements and to suggest you the best suited package and/or services for your business.
What is the timeline for a project?
The timelines for every project varies & depends on the deliverables/services. Typically a basic branding project takes 3-4 weeks.
Is it possible for me to re-brand my current branding?
Yes, I can discuss that via a call and suggest the best services required to re-brand your business.
Do you offer any additional services/deliverables?
Yes, additional services are available in order to give you flexibility for your brand. This may include (but not limited to) - stationery design, brand mock-ups, brand merchandise, menus, product tags, thank you cards, brand icons; to name a few.
Are there any inputs required from my end for a project?
Yes, you will be required to share all the written material/content and creative images to be used in your project (if applicable) along with a Pinterest board to help start a project in the right visual direction. In addition, a brand questionnaire will be shared with you before starting the project.
What is your payment breakdown?
50% initial payment is required to secure your spot & commence the project. The remaining 50% shall be transferred before sharing the final digital files with you. Please note that any other costs (font license, image license, extra revision rounds etc.) incurred during the project shall be added to the final invoice.
